The first Digital Ocean Week, organised by Mercator Ocean International, showcases how Europe’s ocean ambitions connect with the digital infrastructure behind them. Stakeholders across the continent are invited to discover the development of Europe’s Digital Ocean system – from observation to advanced digital services. Moreover, they will learn how the Copernicus Marine Service and the European Digital Twin Ocean are evolving, with AI driving new capabilities and applications.

In the framework of the event, Paula García-Rodríguez will represent EOMAP at the “OceanEye” event on 10th June in Brussels. There, she will contribute through our solution-focused and industry view when discussing with representatives of Member States, EU institutions and other stakeholders.
