4S is formed by QPS (NL), Fugro DE/NL), Smith Warner (JM), CNR ISMAR (IT), HCMR (GR), and Instituto Hidrográfico (PT), Länsstyrelsen Västerbotten (SE) and led by EOMAP (DE).
