New Senior Business Development & Sales Manager strengthens EOMAP’s Americas growth strategy.
Seefeld, Germany, 30 March 2026 – Freddy Paya is set to join EOMAP, a Fugro company, as Senior Business Development and Sales Manager for the Americas as of April 1st, 2026.

Holding a Master’s degree in engineering, Freddy Paya draws on deep technical expertise in GIS, remote sensing, and Earth Observation (EO). He has 15 years of experience in the geospatial industry, driving innovation, commercial growth, and market expansion across government and private sectors. Moreover, Freddy has successfully led go-to-market strategies, built partner ecosystems, and shaped market strategy and positioning.
“Freddy brings extensive market insight, a multilingual background and proven commercial leadership. This makes him a great fit for our expansion plans and an ideal partner for clients across North and South America,” says Thomas Heege, General Director of EOMAP.
In his new role, Freddy Paya will help clients to access faster, more reliable environmental insights, enabled by EOMAP’s EO services and the eoapp™ software suite. In close collaboration with the Fugro Americas team, he will also drive the development of integrated solutions, providing clients with a comprehensive toolset to monitor environments, manage risks, and respond proactively.
